I cut the rice paper down to size. You’ll need one bigger circle and one smaller one for reach flower. Then you’ll want to create the petals by cutting slits into your rice paper, I find that it looks best when you make eight cuts. Layer the bigger rice paper circle on top of the smaller rice paper circle by using dyed cooked rice.
