Meet Mr Lim. Close to 11 years ago, his wife passed away. Since then, he started spending most of his time alone at home. Thankfully, Montfort Care reached out to Mr Lim in 2018. Through regular home visits and calls, Mr Lim was no longer lonely. Nowadays, he hangs out at the active ageing centre where he enjoys making new friends, and picking up new skills.
