Part 3: transition of labor! This is the LAST stage right before your baby is born, but it’s also the hardest phase! This is when you might feel like “you can’t do it.” You might throw up. All of this is super normal when going through transition. Pull out all the stops for this phase: do your J or transition breathing, frequent position changes (even if you have an epidural!), water therapy, vocalizing in low tones.
