My top five at home caramel making items: 1. A good candy thermometer. Using a scientific, long stem, digital thermometer makes for easy temperature readouts while avoiding getting burned. 2. A 9 x 13 sheet pan with edges. It’s my go to pan for pouring caramels into! 3. A pizza cutter, rocker style. Make sure it’s at least as long as the longest part of your pan so you only have to make one cut across per row. 4. Cello candy wrappers. Pre cut candy wrappers makes the wrapping process much faster
