ROTI DOUGH 300g wholemeal flour (or all-purpose flour) 30g butter (softened) 6g salt 30g canola oil 250ml boiling water GARLIC BUTTER 50g melted butter 2 Garlic cloves (minced) 1/2 tsp chopped parsley salt (to preference) METHOD 1. Mix all of the roti dry ingredients together. Knead for 10 minutes. 2. Form a ball by folding in the edges of the dough. Legs in, arms in and flip the c*nt. 3. Divide into 4-8 pieces (I recommend 8 p
