New Addition | Progress Update Exterior painting is underway, with the James Hardie board-and-batten going up nicely. The new gable roof is moving along, and the 30-year architectural asphalt shingles are scheduled to be installed tomorrow. Stucco on the block wall is planned for next week. We’ll also be building new custom exterior shutters and beginning work on the custom walk-in showers, new kitchen, and bedrooms. Everything is flowing smoothly, and progress continues at a very strong pace. #
