There’s a new ship headed to homeport at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton, the USS Ronald Reagan. The Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is named in honor of the 40th president of the United States. And more than just one ship, this means a total of 2,500 sailors plus their families come along with her.
