Tonight, I treated Angel Wing Outfitters, L.L.C Bird hunters to some jalapeño cheddar elk sausage sandwiches. Crafted by a fourth-generation Swiss sausage-making family now based in Colorado, under the CharcûtNuvo name, this sandwich is loaded with peppers, onions, mayo, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
