Bicep Workout Dual Cable Curl • set the pulleys to a low position & attach a handle on each side. Stand in the middle of the system with a handle in each hand. Proceed to curl the handles into your body. Turn your wrist in towards your body as you do. Stop once your hands are over your chest & the bicep is fully engaged. Keep your elbows positioned slightly in front of your body & keep them in place throughout the exercise to sustain maximum tension on the biceps. #biceps #workout #flexfriday #f
