Governor Josh Stein has declared a new State of Emergency in North Carolina for the current winter storm. We encourage residents to stay home due to roads becoming increasingly unsafe for travel. Crews are working to clear neighborhood streets – a continuation of overnight work addressing residential roads. Staff continue to respond to accidents as needed. Brining operations continue on major route
