NEW CARROLLTON, Md. (7News) — A Maryland cyclist was killed in a hit-and-run collision in New Carrollton Thursday evening, according to Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD). Tara Carter, 55, of Lanham, was later identified as the cyclist in the collision, PGPD said.
