An investigator testified that a video shows Tyler Robinson going over a railing onto a rooftop, crouching down and running to a site overlooking where Charlie Kirk was speaking​.

Utah prosecutors have begun presenting their case against Tyler James Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, at a week-long preliminary trial.

A Utah judge is trying to determine whether there is enough evidence to try a 23-year-old man accused in the killing of Charlie Kirk, the founder of the right-wing conservative group Turning Point USA.

Kelly went after Robinson's colorful veteran lawyer, Kathryn Nester , over her persistent interruptions. 'She objects to everything. She's getting f***ing annoying,' Kelly said
