He scored 17 points in the Mavericks first game of the Las Vegas Summer League and helped his team to an 87-85 win over the Lakers.
The Lakers (0-1) were led by Cole Swider, collecting 24 points and eight rebounds. DJ Steward had 20 points, two rebounds and six assists. Each player shot 7-for-10 from the field. Dalton Knecht compiled 10 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals, while Darius Bazley led the bench with 10 points, four rebounds and three blocks.
