The Mavericks officially announced the veteran guard’s re-signing Sunday afternoon. The team did not disclose the terms of Irving’s new deal. The Dallas Mavericks announced today that they have re-signed nine-time All-Star Kyrie Irving. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to NBA insider Marc Stein, Irving's deal will include a 15 percent trade kicker, a player option and advance payments. Irving previously declined his $43 million player option with the Mavericks for the 2025-26 season to agree to the new three-year deal, per ESPN's Shams Charania.
