Local bakers submitted nearly 40 batches of cookies in the 2025 Dayton Daily News Holiday Cookie Contest. The holiday cookie contest returned two years ago after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Two winners have home-based cookie businesses. The other cracked the code to make a beautiful - and delicious - cut-out cookie.
