No. 20 Iowa women's basketball faces Miami at 7 p.m. today in the Hawkeyes second game at the WBCA Showcase. Follow here for updates.
Behind the combined effort from Alex Condon and Reuben Chinyelu, the No. 10 Gators defeated Miami 82-68 to rattle off their third straight win at Vystar Veteran Memorial Arena on Sunday, Nov. 16.
No. 10 Florida's most recent game was Tuesday when the -17.5 Gators eked out a 78-76 (Under 180.5) victory over the Florida State Seminoles. The Gators struggled from distance (19.4%) against FSU, and that's nothing new for a squad that has connected on just 21.1% of its triples through 3 games.

No. 10 Florida overcomes foul trouble from big men Condon and Chinyelu and beats Miami 82-68
Florida opened up a 17-point lead in the second half while pounding the ball inside to Condon, Chinyelu and Haugh. The Hurricanes refused to go away, though, and kept pace with Florida down low. The Gators finished with a 47-41 rebounding advantage and tied Miami with 36 points in the paint.
The Gators have offset that by posting an offensive rebound rate of at least 37% in all three games. Still, the Canes have a frontcourt that can compete on the glass, led by Ernest Udeh Jr, who posted a 20.6% defensive rebound rate and 12.8% offensive rebound rate last year at TCU.
Notably, Miami has put up over 100 points in each of the last two games–something that may not have been expected going into the season. Lucas is known for his focus on the defensive end, something he was vocal about when he got the Miami job,
Florida big man Reuben Chinyelu put together a historical performance on the boards. His 21 rebounds were the most in the shot clock era. The last time a UF player hit the mark was Eugene McDowell in 1982. Chinyelu also scored 14 points in his performance.
JACKSONVILLE – Florida basketball center Micah Handlogten exited early in the matchup against Miami on Sunday, Nov. 16. The center took a hit to the head in the first half, and is unlikely to return, per a team spokesperson. Handlogten had registered three rebounds, a steal and an assist against Miami.
