COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football coach Ryan Day said Carnell Tate and Jeremiah Smith are “day-to-day” after they didn’t play in Saturday’s win against Rutgers. Both receivers were listed as out on the Buckeyes’ availability report.
