Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough knew about the decades-old Falcons-Saints rivalry long before he was drafted by New Orleans last spring.

The Atlanta Falcons have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Kyle Trask to their practice squad, according to head coach Raheem Morris.

When the Atlanta Falcons traded away their first-round selection in the 2026 draft to the Los Angeles Rams, they did so thinking that pick would be late in the first round. As we enter Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season, the Falcons are sitting at 3-7 and that pick is currently slated for No. 8 overall.

The Atlanta Falcons are thoroughly buried in a competitive NFC playoff race with just seven weeks remaining in the NFL regular season, and the news just continues to get worse for Raheem Morris' team after their brutal 3-7 start to the 2025 campaign.
