The Dallas Cowboys are bringing a fourth-year running back back to the practice squad after being called up for three games this season.

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland was involved in a police chase before his death by an apparent suicide on Thursday, November 6. Police attempted to pull over Kneeland after an alleged traffic violation on the Dallas North Tollway around 10:30 p.

Kneeland, 24, was in his second season with the team after being drafted in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

What they didn't do was add any help at safety, which has been a sore spot for them. The Cowboys have been dealing with injuries at the position all season, even being forced to move cornerback Reddy Steward to safety at one point to get through a game.
