Baltimore City community partners handed out Narcan after more than two dozen people were hospitalized from a suspected drug overdose.

Audio from emergency dispatches show a single call for help for a 27-year-old woman quickly spiraled into a much larger crisis.

An unusually large number of overdoses sent crews searching alleys and homes for victims. Officials have not said what type of drug was involved.
