The Alabama Crimson Tide remained undefeated in the SEC, knocking off LSU 20-9 tonight. The Crimson Tide have won eight straight games since losing to Florida State to open the season. Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson completed 21-of-35 passes for 277 yards and one touchdown.
The last time we saw the Tigers, it was embarrassing. It was so bad, LSU fans could not stomach it and spilled out of Tiger Stadium, leaving the Aggies to celebrate their first win in Death Valley since 1994.

It must also be noted that the least-penalized team in SEC play hit a season-low for flags. Alabama was hit with just two for 25 yards, so, as unsightly as it got at times Saturday night, it wasn’t a flag fest for the Crimson Tide.
