Wizz Air says it will suspend its Abu Dhabi operations starting Sept. 1. The Hungarian low-cost airline cited geopolitical instability, supply chain issues, and limited market access as key challenges.

Barclays (LON:BARC) has upgraded Wizz Air to “equal weight” from “underweight” and raised its price target from £9 to £11, citing the carrier’s exit from Abu Dhabi as a strategic correction, in a note dated Thursday.

Low-cost carrier Wizz Air said on Monday it would exit its Abu Dhabi operations and suspend all locally based flights from September due to operational challenges and geopolitical developments in the Middle East.
