Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that left a 39-year-old dead. It happened around 10 p.m. Thursday near North 51st Boulevard and West Hope Avenue. At this point, prosecutors have not charged the two people police arrested. But, public records show they do share a last name with the victim.
