Multiple people injured at a Kentucky church after a suspect shot a trooper. The suspect is also dead, police say

Two women were killed in a shooting rampage that began after a state trooper was shot and wounded, authorities said.

Lawrence Weathers, Lexington Police Chief, shared a statement (via Reuters).  “The suspect fired his weapon at individuals on church property. Preliminary information indicates that the suspect may have had a connection to the individuals at the church.
