New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion two weeks ago against the Chicago Bears. Dart seems to be heading towards clearing protocol, and could go for Week 12.

Fantasy Impact: Fox Sports' Jordan Schultz reports Kincaid is labeled as "week-to-week." Fellow tight end Dawson Knox played 77% of the team's offensive snaps in each game Kincaid has missed this season but did not see more than three targets in either game. Fantasy managers probably are best looking elsewhere for help through byes this week.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco returned to practice on Wednesday after missing the last two games with a PCL sprain. He did participate while wearing a knee brace. Wide receiver Xavier Worthy (ankle) and Kingley Suamataia (concussion) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
