Julian McMahon, the "Charmed" actor, died from lung metastasis due to head and neck cancer, according to the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's report.

According to a report from the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office obtained by People magazine, the TV star died from lung metastasis, as a result of head and neck cancer. The death was ruled natural, and McMahon has since been cremated, the report adds.

Julian McMahon's ex-wife Brooke Burns remembered the star after his death by sharing a photo of the late actor and their daughter, 25-year-old Madison McMahon, on Instagram on July 5. The pair were married from 1999 to 2001.
